Privacy Policy

In this document, “the Web Site” refers to the web site located at APILab.co and at any of its subdomains; and “the Service” refers to the API documentation service made available through the Web Site.

Use of personally identifying information

Some of the information the Web Site collects from customers of the Service might be personally identifying; in particular, each account is registered to an e-mail address. If you do not want us to collect or store this information you should not use the Service. We do not disclose such personally identifying information except as described below (“Protection of personally identifying information”). No payment information (e.g. credit card numbers) is transmitted to or stored by the Service.

Information collected from web site visitors

The Web Site collects non-personally-identifying information from visitors’ web browsers such as IP address, browser type, referring site, and the date and time of each request. Our purpose in collecting such information is to understand better how visitors use the Site. We may collect statistics about the behaviour of visitors to the Web Site, and such statistics might be published from time to time, but not in such a way as to identify particular individuals. Information disclosed in this way will not be personally identifying.

Use of cookies

The Web Site uses cookies as a means of identifying and tracking visitors, their usage of the Site and their Web Site access preferences. Visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers may set their browsers to refuse cookies before visiting the Web Site. If you wish to use the Service you must agree to accept cookies, otherwise you will not be able to log in to your account.

Protection of personally identifying information

In the course of its operations, the Service might transmit personally identifying information to employees, contractors or third-party organisations where this is required in order to provide the Service – for example, in order to contact customers of the Service by e-mail. Some of these employees, contractors or third-party organisations might be located outside your home country, and by using the Service you consent to the transfer of such information to them. We will not rent or sell personally identifying information to anyone. We will disclose personally identifying information if ordered to do so by a legally competent authority.

We may occasionally inform you by e-mail of new features or other changes to the Service. You may unsubscribe from these announcements if you do not wish to receive them.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time without notice. At any time the version found at https://apilab.co/legal/privacy-policy is the version currently in force.
