The following terms and conditions govern all use of the APILab.co web site (including all its subdomains) and of the API documentation service (“the Service”) available through the web site. The Service is operated by Matthew Boss (“the Developer”) and is offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies (including, without limitation, the Privacy Policy) and procedures that we may publish from time to time (collectively, “the Agreement”).
By accessing or using any part of the Service, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of the Agreement. If you do not agree to this, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service and close your account by writing to <apilab dot co at gmail dot com>. These terms and conditions are available at https://apilab.co/legal/terms-of-service and https://apilab.co/legal/privacy-policy, and you agree that we may update them at any time without notice.
You agree to pay the Developer the specified monthly or yearly fee in exchange for use of the Service. After the initial fifteen-day trial period, or as otherwise agreed in writing, the Developer will charge the fee to your credit card on a monthly or yearly basis, and you authorise the Developer to do so. If you no longer wish to be charged, you may close your account by writing to <apilab dot co at gmail dot com>. In such a case fees already paid are not refundable.
You agree not to:
This Agreement does not transfer from the Developer to you any intellectual property owned or licensed by the Developer, and all right, title, and interest in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with the Developer. But the ownership of any documentation text (or other intellectual property owned by you) that you may produce by means of the Service remains with you.
The Developer may terminate your access to all or any part of the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate this Agreement or your use of the Service, you may do so by writing to <apilab dot co at gmail dot com>. All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. THE DEVELOPER HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE DEVELOPER MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT ACCESS THERETO WILL BE CONTINUOUS OR UNINTERRUPTED. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT YOU MAKE USE OF THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK.
Any access to or use of the Service will be governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia.
